Operational Excellence Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Boise, ID, United States; onsite work may involve clean-room activities, extended standing, walking, lifting, and use of hand and power tools.

Salary: $68,000–$93,500 per year

What you will do

• Support project and program objectives, including defining outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Track project and program completion against product and process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and transfer relevant information to other functional areas.
• Support compliance with engineering notebook, patent, confidentiality, and safety policies.
• Study new technologies and support the collection of materials and financial resource data.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant discipline and the ability to broaden technical capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to assigned work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information in straightforward situations and provide informal guidance to new team members.
• Ability to work in an onsite manufacturing and clean-room environment, including use of required personal protective equipment.
