Technical Project/Program Management IV (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage R&D and engineering programs for BEOL metal deposition service products.
• Lead customer application understanding and development to support new product introduction.
• Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and quality for new products and technologies.
• Lead project management, product lifecycle, continuous improvement, and engineering change processes.
• Support quality, productivity, sustaining engineering, technology partnerships, and strategic sourcing.
• Coordinate field quality sampling and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, customers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; an MS or PhD is preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with materials, deposition, plasma, systems, and semiconductor applications, including PVD, CVD, and ALD.
• Experience with new product introduction, program management, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong customer focus, communication, critical thinking, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and deliver against multiple KPIs.
