Fabrication Operations Technical Program Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and monitor complex projects and test campaigns against high-level program schedules.
• Coordinate fabrication operations and support manufacturing and supply chain activities across facilities.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and incorporate those relationships into project decisions.
• Improve existing processes and implement new processes and technologies.
• Balance tactical and strategic information while communicating progress to executives and the workforce.
• Identify risks, work independently, and deliver commitments with urgency and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or business.
• 10–12 years of relevant program management or operational experience.
• Experience in at least one corporate function such as engineering, business management, operations, manufacturing engineering, or configuration management.
• Strong project management, communication, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance technical, business, and organizational considerations and work with minimal direction.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee under export-control regulations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
• 8+ years of experience in an operations environment.
• PMP certification and Earned Value Management System experience.
• Experience delivering strategic business goals through planned, on-time execution.
