Global Supply Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Everett, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $125,000–$155,000 per year, plus equity compensation

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering to determine sourcing needs and procure components to keep production on schedule.
• Source custom and off-the-shelf mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Identify supply chain risks and execute mitigation strategies.
• Drive cost reduction through analysis of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
• Manage financial and budget outlooks and reporting for the team.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with new product introduction for electromechanical products.
• Understanding of responsible and sustainable supply chain practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines, complexity, competing priorities, and changing requirements.
• Ability to influence decisions using data and negotiate with vendors on cost, quality, and lead times.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience leading NPI supply chain and sourcing for complex electromechanical products.
• DFM guidance experience across multiple manufacturing processes.
• Supplier audit experience.
• Experience with overseas vendors and global logistics.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, including GD&T, and build clear spreadsheets.
