Head of FP&A and Strategic Finance (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Own and enhance financial models supporting operating plans, sales forecasts, strategic initiatives, multi-year plans, M&A opportunities, and sensitivity analyses.
• Build and manage the FP&A team as the business grows.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads on financial planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making.
• Lead annual and multi-year board planning and coordinate planning activities across the company.
• Develop financial reporting, KPI dashboards, analytics, and benchmarking to improve forecast visibility and organizational decisions.
• Improve ERP, modeling, business intelligence, data integrity, entity forecasting, and internal reporting systems.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in banking, private equity, FP&A, business development, or another relevant finance environment.
• Experience with financial forecasting, planning, analysis, and operational budget management.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing and owning a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and present insights to business leaders.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, software, tech, or hardware.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Planning and NetSuite.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA.
• IPO or public company experience.
