UI Designer (with German)

Salary: EUR 1,550–2,750 per month gross

What you will do

• Design UI components aligned with the Nova Design System Library.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder validation.
• Define specifications for colors, typography, spacing, and component usage.
• Prepare and maintain UI style guides for consistent implementation across platforms.
• Update and evolve Nova Design System components, patterns, and refinements.
• Prepare accessibility reports and validate usability and accessibility compliance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HCI, Design, or a related field.
• Professional certification in UI Design, Graphic Design, UX, Design Thinking, or an equivalent area.
• Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• German at Upper-Intermediate+ level or above.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Design, or a related field.
