UX Designer (Figma)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays, with up to 10 days of remote work abroad each year.

What you will do

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows from business and user requirements.
• Prepare precise UX documentation to support development teams.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure feasibility and design consistency.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and brand alignment across digital experiences.
• Improve solutions using analytics, data, and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Basic experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and analytics tools.
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
