Senior UI/UX Designer (AI Assistants)

What you will do

• Design AI-powered experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and administrative interfaces.
• Create interaction models for conversational interfaces, copilots, recommendations, summarization, content generation, and intelligent workflow automation.
• Design agentic experiences in which AI recommends actions, executes tasks, and coordinates multi-step workflows.
• Own initiatives from research and discovery through prototyping, implementation, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Design trust, transparency, confirmation, undo, escalation, feedback, and human-in-the-loop patterns for AI experiences.
• Contribute to scalable design-system components and collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Research, Security, Privacy, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design experience, ideally with complex SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong portfolio covering end-to-end product design, complex workflows, interaction design, and problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of usability, interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and human factors.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, Product Management, Engineering, and Agile software development.
• Strong proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and modern design-system practices.
• Practical understanding of generative AI, machine learning, LLMs, conversational UX, AI agents, prompts, uncertainty, hallucinations, trust, transparency, privacy, and user control.

Nice to have

• Experience designing enterprise communications, collaboration, contact center, productivity, or workflow-automation products.
• Experience with AI copilots, assistants, conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, voice, or multimodal interfaces.
• Experience contributing to large-scale design systems and using AI-assisted design or prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, accessibility standards, inclusive design, and globally distributed teams.
