UX Designer (German)

Salary: EUR 1,550–2,750 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Prepare user research reports with insights and recommendations.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop final UI designs, UI components, and design system documentation for the Nova Design System.
• Conduct usability testing and implement iterative design improvements.
• Develop accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of UX Design experience.
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI or Design.
• Training in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Certifications in UX Research, UX Design, Design Thinking, or Usability Testing.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and German at Upper-Intermediate level or above.
