Integrations Delivery Manager (Chicago)

What you will do

• Lead customer integration onboarding from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and activation.
• Act as the primary customer contact for integration topics and document technical and operational requirements.
• Align integrations with implementation and go-live timelines in collaboration with Customer Onboarding Managers.
• Coordinate integration partners and Professional Services to prepare, configure, and validate system connections.
• Monitor project progress, manage stakeholders and deadlines, and support integration-related pre-sales discussions.
• Improve integration documentation, processes, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience in integrations, technical project management, or a similar role.
• Strong technical affinity and comfort discussing APIs, data flows, and system connections without coding.
• Structured, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident communication with operational and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing scale-up environment with ownership and initiative.
