Fleet Operations Manager

What you will do

• Build and manage deep relationships with installation and Fleet partners to ensure high-quality network deployments.
• Drive partner performance by identifying KPIs, running reviews, and implementing improvement plans.
• Negotiate capacity expansion, rates, and contract terms with strategic partners.
• Design and launch incentive programs to motivate technicians and improve installation quality.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable improvements for internal teams like Ops Engineering and Service Delivery.
• Lead commercial onboarding for new partners entering the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a role requiring 30-40% travel for in-person meetings and field support.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to hold partners accountable to high operational standards.
• Experience in physical-world programs or field operations.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with both external partners and internal teams.
• Comfortable navigating complex operational challenges and translating feedback into systemic improvements.
