Enterprise Account Executive - Austin

Location: Based out of Austin, Texas, United States. Valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Compensation: OTE of $280,000, including a commission or variable component, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Exceed quota and win new enterprise customer logos.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Develop account plans and execute enterprise sales strategies.
• Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and track progress using Salesforce and other tools.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, sales development, and other teams.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Experience selling to C-level stakeholders and across IT and business units.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W-2 track record.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and experience building and qualifying pipeline.
• Consultative solution-selling skills, including articulating clear return-on-investment value statements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
