Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Security - Dubai (AI Software Delivery)

Location: Hybrid role based out of the Dubai office, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Create and execute strategic sales plans for the designated territory.
• Promote hirify.global application security solutions and win new enterprise logos.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
• Forecast accurately, communicate clearly, and track progress using Salesforce and other tools.
• Collaborate with sales engineering, sales development, and other teams.

Requirements

• Proven record of driving and closing enterprise deals.
• Strong account planning, execution, and consultative solution-selling skills.
• Ability to sell to C-level stakeholders and across IT and business units.
• Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals, with a strong W-2 track record.
• Understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and the ability to articulate clear return-on-investment value statements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
