Senior People Partner (AI)

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with up to 4 days per week from home. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year, depending on experience.

hirify.global is a Manchester-founded B2B SaaS and PropTech business developing technology that helps estate agencies improve lead generation, win instructions, streamline operations, and grow market share across the UK.

What you will do

• Build and improve scalable people systems, processes, and mechanisms for a rapidly growing SaaS business.
• Develop the internal levels framework, compensation and reward approach, and standards for excellence.
• Embed the excellence standard across the business and clarify how performance is recognised and rewarded.
• Coach managers on a team-by-team basis to improve performance and employee outcomes.
• Use AI tools to improve the efficiency and impact of People team ways of working while preserving effective human partnering.
• Work with the Head of People and People Partner as a senior individual contributor without direct reports.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a People Partner, including experience scaling people functions in SaaS businesses.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business and team performance impact.
• Experience building people systems that support employee performance and scale with the organisation.
• Strong credibility and communication skills for influencing and coaching busy managers.
• AI-native mindset and willingness to use AI as a practical tool in People work.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK is required.
