Senior People Business Partner (GTM)

Location: London, UK; minimum two days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Own the talent agenda for Go-to-Market teams across Revenue and Marketing.
• Translate commercial strategy, growth targets, territory changes, and GTM shifts into people plans.
• Advise and coach leaders and managers on performance, talent development, and employee relations.
• Support sales compensation design, including OTE structures, commission plans, and quota-linked incentives.
• Lead performance, compensation, headcount planning, and budgeting cycles with Finance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development on hiring, mobility, and skills development.

Requirements

• Senior people business partnering experience in a progressive global technology environment.
• Direct experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or other quota-carrying commercial functions.
• Strong employee relations and UK employment law knowledge.
• Commercial fluency and the ability to use data to support organizational and talent decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, solve problems proactively, and manage ambiguity.
• Strong management, communication, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset.
