Technical Delivery Manager - Data (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex technical initiatives across the technology portfolio.
• Own planning, execution, tracking, delivery reporting, and project health management across concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate Managers, Architects, Product Managers, Data, Engineering, and cloud platform teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, delivery risks, blockers, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate multi-team releases, technical readiness, production deployments, and continuous improvement of delivery governance.
• Support resource planning, capacity management, prioritization, security, compliance, and operational alignment.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical software delivery, engineering programs, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and deployment practices.
• Experience collaborating with software engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, and architecture teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and data platform initiatives.
• Experience in regulated industries or SaaS enterprises.
• Experience coordinating large-scale platform migrations or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of IT governance, security, and compliance principles.
• Experience working in globally distributed engineering organizations.
