Senior Delivery Manager (GameTech)

What you will do

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Project Management, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into priorities, dependencies, timelines, risks, backlogs, and roadmaps.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and working sessions.
• Track blockers and risks through resolution and ensure meetings produce clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Communicate changes to scope, priorities, timelines, and direction with appropriate context.
• Identify operational gaps and work with leadership to improve planning, prioritization, communication, and execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role in a technology or software organization.
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum development practices.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, engineering backlogs, dependencies, multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, problem-solving, facilitation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to distinguish systemic operational challenges from isolated execution problems and drive issues toward resolution.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, payments, e-commerce, or technology platforms.
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders.
