Technical Delivery Manager (Data Platform)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives across the Data Platform portfolio.
• Own project planning, execution, tracking, delivery plans, RAID logs, dependency maps, and delivery metrics.
• Coordinate Engineering, Architecture, Product, Business, and Data Engineering stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate releases, technical readiness, and production deployments.
• Identify delivery risks, blockers, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while maintaining project health reporting.
• Improve delivery processes, governance, estimation, resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading technical software delivery, engineering programs, or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with software engineering, cloud platforms, data engineering, and architecture teams.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Experience with Agile delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and enterprise data platform initiatives.
• Experience delivering analytics platforms, data engineering solutions, platform migrations, or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, release management, data governance, security, and compliance principles.
• Experience in regulated industries, SaaS environments, or globally distributed engineering organizations.
