Product Lead (AI)

hirify.global is building a self-maintaining knowledge base that monitors, fixes, and serves trusted context to people, agents, and systems.

What you will do

• Co-build the strategic roadmap for hirify.global’s self-maintaining knowledge base and help support large deals and ACV growth.
• Define, challenge, and cut product scope while owning what gets built.
• Work daily with engineers on AI, knowledge drift detection, and document verification.
• Own the AI product surface, including LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, and drift detection.
• Speak with users and use support feedback to guide engineering decisions.
• Identify what to stop building and what to start building, and make the case for both.

Requirements

• Senior product experience shipping products at scale and contributing to leadership-level decisions.
• Production coding experience, including the ability to read pull requests and contribute technically.
• Strong individual-contributor orientation and comfort working without extensive process.
• Deep working fluency with LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, and knowledge drift detection.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and own outcomes.
