Product Lead (PHP/Laravel)

Location: Fully remote worldwide, except residents of the United States, with reasonable overlap with European business hours (CET/CEST).

Salary: USD 48,000–90,000 gross per year, including a fixed base of USD 48,000–60,000 and a revenue-tied performance bonus.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap across multiple financial comparison platforms, including prioritization, specifications, execution, and launches.
• Build and ship web features hands-on alongside the full-stack developer, improving architecture, performance, and conversion flows.
• Lead and grow the product team through management, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and recruitment.
• Establish engineering workflows covering Git, code review, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Use user data, market insights, and analytics to improve traffic, conversion, and revenue per visitor.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience building, deploying, and maintaining production web applications.
• Demonstrated experience with live products, websites, or projects and the ability to explain product and technical decisions.
• Strong backend, database, and architecture skills, with a focus on data accuracy and reliable partner reporting.
• Proven product ownership, commercial judgment, and experience translating product decisions into revenue.
• Experience working independently in an async-first remote environment and documenting decisions clearly.
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies, investing, and personal finance.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial comparison platforms, conversion rate optimization, or analytics-led product development.
• Experience leading teams and progressing toward Head of Product responsibilities.
