Field Service Technician (Installations) – Lancashire, UK (Fixed-Term, Minimum 20 Hours/Week)

What you will do

• Install, mount, connect, and configure camera hardware according to company standards.
• Complete overnight customer installations and support successful system deployment and adoption.
• Onboard and scan products into the system.
• Use power tools and installation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Track installation work, parts used, and time spent in company-provided tools.
• Meet customer SLAs and speed and quality KPIs while communicating progress and issues to supervisors and team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a field service technician, installer, construction worker, or in a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency with power tools and other installation equipment.
• Physical stamina for standing and performing demanding tasks for periods of up to 9 hours.
• Full valid UK driving licence and reliable transportation to customer sites required.
• Availability for night shifts, weekends, and on-site customer visits required.
