TL;DR
Business Intelligence Developer (BI/ETL): Owning the BI platform end to end, creating core dashboards, and shaping the data warehouse that supports data-driven decision-making with an accent on ETL development, BI governance, and database integration. Focus on designing scalable data models, maintaining reliable extraction and transformation pipelines, and defining how teams use BI tools, datasets, connections, and permissions.

What you will do

  • Own the BI platform end to end and serve as the focal point for dashboard creation and BI tool usage.
  • Lead BI-driven product direction and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Shape the data warehouse supporting key dashboards.
  • Design, implement, and maintain core BI dashboards.
  • Define BI platform governance, including permissions, connections, datasets, and team workflows.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end ETL processes across data sources and target systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence.
  • Experience developing ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
  • Experience with data warehouse modeling.
  • Expertise with a major BI tool such as Power BI or Airflow.
  • Experience with databases such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, and strong Python skills.
  • Fluent English is a strong advantage.
