AI Agent Product Manager Graduate (Corporate Service System) - 2027 Start

What you will do

• Plan and design enterprise AI Agent products, including core agent-building capabilities from 0 to 1.
• Research enterprise user needs through interviews, data analysis, and behavioral insights, then translate findings into product improvements.
• Build and refine AI capability evaluation sets and monitor product effectiveness and model performance.
• Drive data-informed iteration across AI capabilities and user experience.
• Explore AI applications for office automation, knowledge management, content generation, and related workplace scenarios.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Management backgrounds are preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, self-direction, user orientation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Genuine interest in AI products and current developments in LLM and Agent technologies.
• Ability to commit to an onboarding date by the end of 2027 and clearly state availability and graduation date in the resume.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience with AI products.
• Experience with AI and Agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Coze.
• Hands-on experience building agents or AI applications, supported by demos or a portfolio.
