What you will do
- Define and drive product roadmap for GenAI on unstructured data, own house view on RAG, GraphRAG, metadata strategies, access control, and privacy.
- Lead cross-functional squads to deliver secure, compliant capabilities, translate requirements into outcomes, and progress through governance.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for safety, reliability, performance; execute pre-implementation testing and implement runtime guardrails.
- Own multi-squad backlogs, facilitate agile ceremonies, resolve dependencies, and drive delivery progress with transparent reporting.
- Act as interface to stakeholders, communicate product value, progress, risks; present to senior management.
- Evaluate emerging GenAI trends like LLMs, RLHF, agentic systems; promote tools like Azure OpenAI, LangChain; share best practices.
Requirements
- Strategic product planning, agile portfolio management, AI lifecycle and evaluation frameworks.
- Stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, regulatory and ethical AI considerations.
- Business case development, customer-centric design, advanced communication and influence.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, agentic systems; tools such as Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Pinecone.
