Focus on leading multi-squad delivery, implementing guardrails and observability, managing cross-team dependencies, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.

What you will do
- Define and manage the product roadmap for Generative AI capabilities focused on unstructured data and enterprise knowledge systems.
- Establish the approved approach for RAG, GraphRAG, metadata, chunking, access control, privacy, and source attribution.
- Lead cross-functional delivery squads and manage multi-squad backlogs, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Develop evaluation frameworks for safety, reliability, and performance, including testing, runtime guardrails, observability, and risk monitoring.
- Communicate product vision, value, progress, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders and management.
- Evaluate emerging AI approaches and support controlled adoption of Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and vector database capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic product planning and agile portfolio management.
- Experience with AI lifecycle management and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and advanced communication.
- Understanding of regulatory, ethical, privacy, security, and risk considerations for AI systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, RLHF, and agentic systems.
- Familiarity with Jira, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, and Pinecone.
