Product Manager (Enterprise Data Management)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise data management, data platform, and data processing products.
• Translate enterprise data strategy and governance priorities into a clear, deliverable product plan.
• Collaborate with business, data, analytics, architecture, engineering, and technology stakeholders to define capabilities and communicate the roadmap.
• Define and maintain non-functional requirements covering quality, scalability, security, governance, and performance.
• Manage backlog prioritization, PI Planning contributions, system demos, Agile ceremonies, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Measure adoption, customer insights, data quality, platform performance, processing efficiency, and feedback to guide future enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager designing and launching technical products.
• Experience with enterprise data management, data platforms, data processing solutions, or related software products.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, data architecture, enterprise data platforms, or data processing solutions.
• Ability to engage in data platform, integration, governance, and technical design decisions.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Lean Portfolio Management.

Nice to have

• Airline or aviation industry experience.
• Certified Product Manager, Agile Certified Product Manager, or an equivalent certification.
