AI ERP Product Manager

What you will do

• Define and execute the ERP product strategy across the Middle East and Egypt.
• Build an AI-native ERP platform integrated with financial services and restaurant operations.
• Design end-to-end financial workflows covering transaction capture, bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory submissions.
• Develop integrations with hirify.global POS, payments, inventory, purchasing, payroll, expenses, banking services, and external financial systems.
• Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans while prioritizing customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, finance experts, accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in Product Management.
• Prior ERP product experience is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax compliance, regulatory frameworks, complex financial workflows, and automation systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, and finance teams.

Nice to have

• Fintech product experience.
• Experience with regional tax and regulatory environments, including ZATCA, UAE VAT, and Egyptian tax requirements.
