Location: Bristol Harbourside, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time at an office site

What you will do
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of planning and reporting capabilities across Group Planning, Consolidation, Capital Planning, GCT Planning, and related processes.
- Translate complex business requirements into customer journeys, clear outcomes, success measures, and prioritised backlogs.
- Facilitate workshops with Finance Directors, subject matter experts, Product Owners, Engineers, and Architects.
- Identify and resolve planning difficulties, manual processes, and control weaknesses.
- Shape transformation roadmaps and prioritise delivery across multiple feature teams.
- Support governance, executive decision-making, agile delivery, and alignment with Finance Platform, Data, and Reporting strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale business transformation, finance transformation, or change programmes within complex organisations.
- 3+ years of experience with planning, forecasting, reporting, or financial management processes.
- Experience translating business requirements into clear outcomes and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and align senior leaders, subject matter experts, and multiple collaborator groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience simplifying processes and improving controls.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments and supporting delivery across multiple teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Group Planning, Capital Planning, Cost Planning, or Management Reporting.
- Experience with Oracle EPM, FCCS, EPBCS, or similar enterprise planning and performance management platforms.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or product-led and platform-based organisations.
