Transaction Reporting Analyst

What you will do

• Execute daily and periodic transaction reporting processes across a range of financial products.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies across reporting datasets.
• Maintain data quality through proactive oversight and robust reporting controls.
• Support business-as-usual reporting while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Escalate reporting issues, risks, and delays clearly and promptly.
• Review procedures, analyse regulatory updates, and collaborate with internal teams and third parties.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, proactive working style, and ability to work independently.
• Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with confidence working with data.
• Ability to follow structured processes, identify issues, and support resolution.
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Interest in regulatory reporting; previous financial services experience is desirable but not essential. Minimum GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.
