FP&A Manager - COS

Location: Commutable distance to London or Winchester, with office attendance 1–2 days per week

Salary: Up to £78,000 per year, plus a 10% bonus

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the Cost of Sales portfolio.
• Develop integrated financial forecasts for operational and commercial decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and variances against plan.
• Challenge assumptions and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes with finance business partners.
• Support scenario modelling, investment analysis, and strategic planning for senior leaders.
• Improve FP&A processes, financial models, reporting, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent certification.
• Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering, including ownership of complex planning cycles.
• Extensive experience leading budgeting, rolling forecasts, and planning processes.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving FP&A processes, forecasting methodologies, or planning tools.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems expertise; ideally 5+ years of post-qualified experience.
