What you will do

• Manage day-to-day site operations for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes.
• Supervise direct labour and subcontractors, maintaining productivity, workmanship, and quality.
• Deliver projects in line with programme, budget, client expectations, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, audits, and ongoing compliance checks.
• Maintain site records and project updates using PiLLAR and PiLON 360.
• Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, escalating safeguarding, vulnerability, and fuel poverty concerns where appropriate.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing kitchen and bathroom planned works programmes.
• Essential experience in the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications, with strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence and valid CSCS Card at Supervisor level or equivalent.
