What you will do

• Manage the development and delivery of construction activities against time, cost, quality, and HSE targets.
• Lead construction HSE activities, hazard management, quality control, inspections, testing, and certification.
• Coordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, subcontractors, and customer plant personnel.
• Develop construction programme elements, manage contract arrangements, purchase orders, budgets, and site variations.
• Lead construction meetings, monitor project performance, and report on progress, costs, and HSE.
• Provide construction support for commissioning and approve information required for handover.

Requirements

• Extensive on-site construction management and execution experience.
• Experience with EPC civil and construction contracts and projects valued above £10 million.
• Experience managing budgets, financial controls, subcontractors, and project delivery.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 and IChemE forms of contract.
• HND/C in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, accredited CSCS, APMP accreditation, and NEC Project Manager qualification.
• Ability to act as Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations and manage construction HSE requirements.
