Senior Building Surveyor - North West

What you will do

• Manage building surveying commissions and complex projects from inception to completion.
• Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent.
• Prepare designs, technical specifications, pre-acquisition surveys, PPM schedules, and asset condition reports.
• Carry out quality, technical, bank, and fund monitoring.
• Diagnose defects and deliver dilapidations and Party Wall Awards.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, workloads, deadlines, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline.
• MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body.
• Experience with CDM and health and safety requirements.
• Strong project management experience, including managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent specification writing skills and good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Previous experience in a consultancy, with a proactive, client-facing, and collaborative approach.
