Focus on building AI agent and automation workflows with Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, and LLM-based tooling, while preparing investor materials and data-driven recommendations.

is a deep-tech healthtech startup building an AI-powered platform for personalized medicine, patient screening, and disease stratification.
What you will do
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, internal performance, and financial scenarios to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and improve operational processes and systems for efficiency and scalability.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data, turning findings into recommendations for senior management.
- Coordinate strategic projects across cross-functional teams and prepare reports and presentations.
- Build and own internal automation and AI agent workflows using Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, and LLM-based tools.
- Prepare fundraising materials, financial models, investor Q&A responses, due diligence materials, data rooms, and board materials.
Requirements
- Background in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role; startup experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis tools.
- Experience building processes and tools with AI software; beginner Python skills are preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; Portuguese fluency is preferred but not mandatory.

- Experience in early-stage startups.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
