Functional Consultant (PropTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London, UK office, with three days working from home per week

What you will do

• Implement MRI Horizon and ProLease Enterprise solutions for new and existing EMEA clients.
• Gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, document needs, and translate them into Horizon solution designs.
• Advise clients on property and lease management best practices.
• Configure, test, deploy, and support client use of the software.
• Create documentation and deliver remote or face-to-face systems training.
• Coordinate project resources, timelines, risks, and issue resolution while working with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of business experience.
• Experience using or implementing property management software is required.
• Knowledge of real estate management and property and lease management principles.
• Understanding of software implementation methodology and experience with training delivery.
• Strong communication, logical reasoning, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer-facing skills.
• Competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with flexibility to travel when required.

Nice to have

• Degree in IT, Business, Finance, Maths, or Accounting.
• Experience with MRI Horizon or ProLease Enterprise.
• Experience in the investor or occupier real estate sector.
