Strategy Manager (Payments)

Location: London, UK office; assigned workspace required

Global technology organization providing commercial payment solutions for fuel, payables, toll, lodging, vehicle payments, EV charging, commercial cards, AP automation, and spend management across more than 80 countries.

What you will do

• Lead strategy projects by structuring problems, conducting analysis, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Support growth strategy, strategic planning, and commercial initiatives across international vehicle payments businesses.
• Assess market, product, partnership, and M&A opportunities, including opportunity sizing and business case development.
• Analyze market trends and competitors and translate findings into strategic implications.
• Create concise, decision-oriented materials for senior leadership and Board-level presentations.
• Build relationships across a multi-country, multi-business environment and drive alignment across functions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical capability, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-ready presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• High ownership, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or fintech is advantageous.
