Senior Project Manager - Higher Education, Commercial, Life Sciences

What you will do

• Lead construction projects from inception through completion across higher education, commercial fit-out, and life sciences.
• Manage programme, cost, quality, risk, opportunities, reporting, and project performance.
• Oversee tender processes, contract administration, design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and manage client, contractor, consultant, and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor junior team members, manage resourcing, and support professional development.
• Lead bids and fee proposals, support account growth, and represent the organisation at industry events.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Professional accreditation or progress toward RICS, CIOB, or APM.
• Demonstrable experience delivering higher education, commercial, and life sciences projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration; NEC and JCT experience is preferred.
• Consultancy or client-side experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Experience with work winning, key account management, business development, leadership, and scheduling tools such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project.
