Project Manager - Commercial & Healthcare

What you will do

• Support the delivery of commercial and healthcare construction projects from inception through completion.
• Monitor project programmes, costs, quality, risks, performance, and outcomes using established systems and metrics.
• Oversee tender processes and contract administration, including NEC and JCT building contracts.
• Lead project teams and coordinate design, procurement, construction, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Act as the main client contact while developing relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and support effective delegation, collaboration, and delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Professional accreditation or progress towards RICS, CIOB, APM, or a similar qualification.
• Demonstrable experience delivering commercial or healthcare projects from conception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration; NEC and JCT knowledge is preferred.
• Consultancy or client-side experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, client management, and business development skills.
