Senior Paralegal, Contracts

What you will do

• Own prompt intake and first-round markup of investment-related NDAs and related documents.
• Support UK lawyers with first-round drafting and ad hoc commercial legal work.
• Set up and coordinate client workflows, manage document portals, and drive contracts through execution.
• Deliver precise, commercially sound contract support in a high-volume environment.
• Balance rapid turnaround with detailed quality control for private capital clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recommended experience in transactional or corporate legal practice, or an in-house commercial legal team.
• Hands-on experience with commercial contracts and investment-related NDA drafting.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
• Strong legal judgment, commercial pragmatism, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed approach with an interest in improving team workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with private capital, fund structures, or investor onboarding workflows.
• Proficiency with AI-backed contract review tools such as hirify.global Ava.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature systems.
• Ability to review and negotiate in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin.
