Product Owner (Agile/Scrum)

Location: Hybrid, based in Porto three times a week; candidates must be based in Portugal and have Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

What you will do

• Manage product ownership activities in a high-change, multidisciplinary environment.
• Document complex business requirements clearly and unambiguously.
• Plan, estimate, and support delivery activities.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and business correspondence.
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to support product decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and estimating skills.
• English proficiency at at least B2 level.
• Availability for a hybrid model in Porto three times per week, with Portuguese or EU citizenship or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Technical knowledge of architecture, programming, networks, protocols, recovery methods, and system failure handling.
