Listed compensation references include USD 20 per hour, USD 80,000–120,000 per year, USD 90,000–140,000 per year, USD 150,000–200,000 per year, and similar-role estimates of USD 150,000–285,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop product marketing, positioning, sales enablement, newsletters, and analytics for HR and compliance solutions.
• Design and maintain automated quality assurance coverage, including end-to-end and scenario testing.
• Work with Kubernetes, AWS, JavaScript, and accessibility-focused testing practices.
• Manage enterprise and mid-market sales cycles, including prospecting, full-cycle selling, Salesforce usage, and quota attainment.
• Support customers through API integrations, data transformation, JSON and REST workflows, troubleshooting, and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing, quality assurance automation, enterprise or mid-market sales, or technical customer success, depending on the position.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, SaaS, case management, or human resources technology.
• Technical QA candidates should be familiar with automated and end-to-end testing, JavaScript, Kubernetes, AWS, accessibility, and scenario testing.
• Technical customer success candidates should understand API integrations, REST, JSON, data transformation, HR systems, and troubleshooting.
• Remote roles are limited to candidates working from the United States.
