Product Marketing Senior Manager (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite. Candidates based in the Tysons vicinity are prioritized.

Annual base salary: $151,000–$210,000.

What you will do

• Develop positioning, messaging, and content based on market, customer, and competitive research.
• Support semi-annual releases and cross-functional go-to-market initiatives with product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Educate and enable sales, services teams, strategic partners, customers, and users on platform value and competitive differentiation.
• Translate complex and technical topics for technical and non-technical audiences across buying centers and personas.
• Lead ambiguous, open-ended projects from initial concept through completion and measure their impact on market perception, growth, and product adoption.
• Use AI in daily work while applying human review to every asset and project.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, ideally 10 years, for a SaaS product or platform.
• Experience creating compelling stories for complex products in fast-paced, sales-oriented environments.
• Experience aligning product, sales, marketing, and services teams.
• Experience presenting to executives, clients, and conference audiences.
• Project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing technical innovations and developing product positioning narratives.
• Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and methodologies.
• Background in customer experience, employee experience, digital experience, contact centers, conversational intelligence, or related technologies.
