Salary: GBP 53,414–GBP 80,122 per year

What you will do

• Lead Health, Safety and Environmental performance at the Bath campus.
• Translate group-wide HSE strategies into practical site-level actions.
• Develop training and support behavioural and cultural change.
• Manage ISO systems, audits, legal compliance and management systems.
• Support energy reduction initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Influence, coach and engage site leadership, senior stakeholders and non-reporting teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading Health, Safety and Environmental programmes in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience driving positive behavioural and cultural change.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; knowledge of ISO 50001 is preferred.
• Experience managing audits, legal compliance and management systems.
• NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent, or current progress toward completion.
• IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management and ISO Lead Auditor qualification.
