Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States; approximately 80% travel to customer sites

What you will do

• Install and convert dealership software for customers.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide customer support, follow up with recently installed customers, and prepare for upcoming trips from the home office.
• Travel individually and with a team approximately 80% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required; fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.

Hiring process
