Entry Level Customer Training Specialist (Automotive Software)

Location: Houston, TX, United States; approximately 80% travel to customer sites

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do

• Install and convert customers to the company’s software system.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational needs.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide customer support, follow-ups, and implementation assistance.
• Travel independently and with a team to customer locations.
• Prepare for future trips and support customers from a home office when not traveling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Fewer than two moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
