Junior Learning Experience Designer (Compliance & Corporate Training)

Salary: $60,300–$72,800 per year

What you will do

• Design and develop eLearning modules, microlearning series, video-based learning, and performance support resources.
• Support annual compliance training reviews, refreshes, development, deployment, and policy awareness campaigns.
• Translate corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines into workplace scenarios and interactive assessments.
• Create storyboards, scripts, instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia assets.
• Coordinate project intake, schedules, stakeholder reviews, feedback, localization, and final deployment.
• Support LMS publishing, SCORM/xAPI packaging, testing, troubleshooting, and content maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training.
• Expert proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Review 360.
• Strong multimedia production skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI publishing standards, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong project management, organization, cross-functional communication, and compliance, legal, risk, or ethics training experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting localization and translation workflows for multinational audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms or HRIS systems such as Workday Learning.
