Senior Financial Analyst (Infrastructure)

Location: hirify.global Place, 181 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 95,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Review invoice cost allocations, coding, payment journals, and billing issues across Infrastructure entities.
• Oversee monthly invoicing, reimbursements, and the related robotic process automation workflow.
• Record journal entries, complete bank reconciliations, and manage intercompany settlements in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Prepare HST filing workbooks, corporate tax return information, and audit responses.
• Prepare quarterly financial results, reporting packages, financial statements, fund flows, and management fee calculations.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting and reporting processes.

Requirements

• CPA designation with three to five years of corporate accounting or audit experience.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
