Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Blackburn, United Kingdom; field-based sales role

Salary: £35,875 yearly base salary; £53,875 OTB, plus £5,200 or £6,200 car allowance and uncapped earnings

What you will do

• Prospect for new business using self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
• Present tailored digital marketing solutions, negotiate terms, and close new and existing client deals.
• Build customer relationships and manage accounts for up to 12 months after sale.
• Analyze client performance to identify growth opportunities, improve ROI, and support long-term results.

Requirements

• Proven success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, resilience, and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than six points required.
