What you will do

• Drive commercial success across the assigned territory and achieve sales objectives.
• Position the ophthalmology portfolio as a trusted choice within the healthcare community.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strengthen product perception, trust, and value through customer-focused engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and use digital tools to support commercial activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong knowledge of the Hungarian healthcare system and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Fluent Hungarian and conversational English.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Demonstrated experience in ophthalmology.
