PMO Tooling & Future Capabilities Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Define the Networks Planning & Performance tooling strategy across Jira, Power BI, PPM, and AI capabilities.
• Design, build, and roll out tooling, reporting, and portfolio management improvements across Networks Delivery.
• Create trusted reporting and insight into delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and strategic commitments.
• Partner with project and portfolio teams to simplify ways of working and reduce manual effort.
• Drive adoption through guidance, training, communications, and hands-on support.
• Use automation, analytics, and AI to improve planning, governance, reporting, and decision-making.

Requirements

• Experience improving tools, reporting, and ways of working in project or portfolio environments.
• Experience configuring platforms with development teams for portfolio management.
• Experience building portfolio-level reporting and insight across organisational areas.
• Ability to use data to identify issues, shape decisions, and improve delivery performance visibility.
• Ability to work with different teams and build simple, usable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity, organisational change, and test-and-learn approaches.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Experience building end-to-end Power BI dashboards from semantic models to dashboard output.
• Experience with Jira, Power BI, PPM platforms, Confluence, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting adoption, training, or capability development.
