Summer 2027 Personal Lines Operations Modernization Intern (AI)

Salary: $23–$50 per hour national hourly pay range for hirify.global internships

What you will do

• Support project planning, coordination, risk tracking, issue management, timelines, and dependencies.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends, measure outcomes, and provide recommendations.
• Develop and distribute reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for modernization initiatives.
• Support adoption of new tools, automation solutions, and business processes through stakeholder engagement and change-readiness activities.
• Enhance and maintain business tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Create process documentation, training materials, executive summaries, presentations, and project updates while contributing to continuous improvement and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, information systems, management, engineering, organizational leadership, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain attention to detail.
• Interest in project management, business transformation, process improvement, automation, and AI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• hirify.global does not participate in the STEM OPT Extension program.

Nice to have

• Completion of sophomore or junior year.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, reporting, analytics, dashboard development, or business process optimization.
• Familiarity with project management, process improvement, or change management concepts.
• Leadership activities, student organizations, internships, or relevant work experience.
